Factoring

In providing a factoring service to owners and sharing owners, the Association will co-ordinate and carry out work on their behalf in respect of common repairs, maintenance, buildings insurance (where applicable) and administration.  The aim of the service is to ensure that the property is properly maintained and insured (where applicable) and for the Association to recover the costs in full.
