Factors Deposits

All owners purchasing a property included in the Association's Full Factoring Service will be required to pay a Factors Deposit.  Depending on the property, the amount due will be either £30 or £50.  This is a "one off" fee, which protects the Association against unpaid invoices.

The Factors Deposit will be included on your first factoring invoice and is refundable when you sell (provided there are no outstanding arrears).
