To apply to Clydebank Housing Association for a house you must first complete and submit our Housing Application Form. If you are applying for medical reasons you must also complete the medical form.
You can get a housing application form and medical form by:

- downloading it from the table below to print, complete and return to our office
- downloading it in editable format from the table below, save to your computer, complete and return to us by email at email@example.com [medical form not yet available in this format]. Available to those operating Adobe Reader 8 and above.
Please read the advice below on postage requirements before returning your application by post.
When we receive your application it will be pointed in accordance with our allocations policy and you will receive a letter confirming how many points you have. Provided you have completed the form in full and supplied all required information, we aim to complete this process within 15 calendar days from receipt of your application. Our allocations policy is also available to download from the table below.
