The Social Economy Centre (SEC) was developed by CHA to provide quality, inclusive accommodation for social economy, voluntary sector and community businesses.
The SEC, situated at 63 Kilbowie Road, is a refurbished 5,000ft² building which offers 5 private offices with 26 workspaces and private boardroom and meeting facilities. It is located in the centre of Clydebank and was officially opened in February 2005 by Elspeth Attwooll, MEP. The project was funded by Clydebank Housing Association, European Regional Development Funds, the former Communities Scotland and NHS Greater Glasgow.
The SEC has a fully equipped board room and meeting room which are available at excellent rental rates throughout the year. The Centre has disabled access, a platform lift and access to free car parking. At present some open plan accommodation is also available.
