Selling Your Property

If you are planning on selling your property, you must inform us so that your factoring account can be closed and the new owner registered. 

Please ensure you inform your solicitor that the Association acts as factor for your property, as they will be required to provide written confirmation of the change of ownership to us.

We will calculate any charges or credits due, as at the date of sale.  This will be confirmed to your solicitor and we will request that funds be retained from the sales proceeds to meet your final account (if applicable).
