You may see that some small areas of our minutes or reports are redacted. We keep this to an absolute minimum in the interests of openness and transparency and always put a reason for the redaction nearby. We have 5 reasons that we redact information such as commercial info or personal / sensitive info (incl. medical) of staff, committee or external. We meet the Open All Hours model publication framework which was developed by the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and Glasgow and West of Scotland Forum to provide guidance and recommendations about the range of information that should be readily available to tenants, customers and members of the public – especially through publication on websites.
